Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • In their original condition (unused and in original packaging).
    • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days via phone or WhatsApp (0300 1775274) to initiate the return process.
  2. Send the Item Back:
    Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us in its original condition.
  3. Verification & Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
    • Exchanges will be shipped if requested and available.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 7 days.
  • Provide photos/videos of the damage for quicker processing.
  • We will either:
    • Send a replacement product.
    • Process a full refund (depending on your preference and availability).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 7 days.
  • Items that show obvious signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Items not in their original packaging.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.
  • The item must meet all return criteria and be in perfect condition for exchange approval.
